Refund Policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered to you. We are not able to “take back” a digital file after it has been downloaded.

When We’ll Make It Right

Your satisfaction matters. If a file is defective, corrupted, or materially not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at jacob@thewedgemethodai.com with your order details, and we will promptly repair the file or issue a refund.

If a product page offers a longer guarantee (for example, the 30-day money-back guarantee on the YouTube faceless-channel playbook sold on Gumroad), that guarantee applies to that product and we will honor it as written. Purchases made on Etsy, Gumroad or Amazon also follow that marketplace’s own refund rules, and physical items bought on Etsy follow the return terms shown on the listing.

Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased through a marketplace (such as Etsy or Gumroad), that platform’s refund and dispute policies also apply, and you may contact us or the platform for assistance. A physical order placed on Etsy follows the return terms printed on that listing.
